How to Get to SuperShuttle When You Land

DFW - After you claim your luggage, locate the Information Board/Phone at baggage claim. Press the appropriate number for SuperShuttle. After giving your location (the terminal and section are on the phone) to the Guest Service Representative, proceed outside to the orange "Shared Ride" area and look for your SuperShuttle van.

DAL - After you claim your luggage, locate the phone at the entry to the luggage carousels. Push button marked "SuperShuttle." A Guest Service Representative will give you directions to the pick-up curb, and advise you when the next van will arrive to serve you.
