About Gaylord National

Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center opened April 25, 2008 along the banks of the Potomac River, less than eight miles south of the nation's capital, in National Harbor, Md., a new 300-acre waterfront destination in Prince George's County, Md. The Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center is the largest-combined hotel and convention center on the Eastern Seaboard, offering 2,000 guest rooms, including 110 lavish suites; more than 470,000 square feet of convention, meeting, exhibit and pre-function space; acclaimed restaurants; Relâche™ Spa; Pose Ultra Lounge; and a soaring 18-story, glass-covered atrium.

Room Reservations

Group rates will apply three (3) days prior to, and following the dates of the convention. Each additional person to a room is $20.00.

A $10 Resort Fee will be added to each room folio per night and will include the following services and amenities:

• Access to our Fitness Center
• Daily Newspaper delivered to your guest room
• Bottled Water (2 bottles provided daily)

Check-in time is 3:00p.m. Early arrivals will be accommodated based on availability. Check-out time is 11:00a.m. Anyone checking out after 11:00a.m. may incur late charges.

Gaylord National is a non-smoking facility. To preserve the pristine condition of its resort, smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms, restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms and interior public spaces. If you smoke, you will be charged a substantial cleaning fee to return the room to its proper condition.

Gaylord National Airport Shuttle
to Reagan National Airport (DCA)

Gaylord National is now proud to offer an exclusive, express shuttle to and from Reagan National Airport.

This convenient new service will depart every twenty minutes from Gaylord National's front door to Reagan National Airport, and every twenty minutes from the Reagan National Airport baggage claim.

Reservations are recommended, but tickets also will be available from the SuperShuttle desk, located on the lower level of the airport, near baggage claim.
