Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%) in effect at the time of check-in. Specific room requests such as number of beds in the room can be made at the time of booking. Please note: special requests are limited and are based on hotel availability.

Parking
The Amway Grand Hotel offers ample Self-parking for guests and attendees at the rate of $16.00 daily per vehicle. Valet parking is $25 daily per vehicle.

Guaranteed Reservations
All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card. No Reservation will be held without a method of guarantee.

Advance Room Deposit
All reservation requests will require a one (1) night's advance deposit via check or credit card. Reservations must be cancelled at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival date to avoid being assessed a one night's cancellation charge.

Release Date/Reservation Cut-off Date
Reservations must be received no later than August 23, 2008 and will be accepted on a space available basis.
