Gratitude Craft: Gratitude Rocks

Supplies: Smooth rocks, acrylic paints or paint pens, clear sealant spray.

Instructions:

  1. Paint each rock with bright colors, fun patterns, or Red Hat themes (red hats, purple flowers, sparkles).
  2. Once dry, write a word or phrase of gratitude on each rock (e.g., “Thankful,” “Friendship,” “Joy,” “Sisterhood”).
  3. Spray with sealant to protect your artwork.
  4. At your next meeting, have each lady pick a rock to keep or exchange. Encourage everyone to place their gratitude rock somewhere visible at home as a daily reminder of the positive things in life.

Optional: Bring extra rocks to leave in public places for strangers to find and brighten their day—spreading gratitude beyond your group!
