Meet Queen Veronica Daniels
Red Hat Society is thrilled to honor Veronica Daniels, Queen of The Jewels’ Hearts, as the November Queen of the Month! Born in Riverside, California, and raised in Fontana, Queen Veronica embarked on a life of adventure at 19 when she moved to Oklahoma, sight unseen, to begin a new chapter with her family
Queen Veronica's journey is one of passion, resilience, and creativity. With a college degree from Tulsa Community College and many lessons from the “School of Hard Knocks,” she brings wisdom, humor, and a love of fun to everything she does. Today, Veronica works as a Senior IT Business Solutions Specialist with Stewart Title Company, supporting teams worldwide from the comfort of her home.
Her passion for the Red Hat Society fuels her creativity, especially when it comes to crafting the most fabulous hats! Veronica shared, “Being a member of the Red Hat Society gives me a reason to craft and make wild hats for gatherings and laughs. I knew in my 20s that I would ‘grow up’ to be a Red Hatter, and the moment I had the chance, I joined immediately!”
Her first foray into the Red Hat Society was a memorable one—she reached out to multiple chapters, but only one responded: Queen Mary Hill of the No Whine, More Wine Tulsa Red Hatters. Queen Veronica is forever grateful for Queen Mary's kindness and has since become one of her Vice Queens, helping the chapter grow from two members to 21 strong! Queen Veronica is also an Ambassador of the Red Hat Society and one of the Queens of the Scissor-Tailed QC in Oklahoma.
Veronica has attended countless events, each filled with laughter, joy, and community spirit. From a Grape Stomp and Hawaiian Party to a Pink Out Party supporting breast cancer awareness, Veronica ensures every gathering is memorable. She even earned the nickname “RHS Bounty Hunter” for her dedication to recruiting new members.
When asked about her favorite aspect of being a Queen, Veronica says, “I enjoy planning, laughing, and energizing the chapters. It’s all about having fun and creating a welcoming space for all our members.” She lives by her motto: “Just have fun! Don’t bring the Drama Lama to your RHS events!”
Queen Veronica’s advice to all Hatters is simple yet powerful: “Be the magic behind the membership!” She encourages fellow members to proudly share their RHS Trading Cards, connect with new members, and think outside the box when planning chapter activities. Her enthusiasm and love for the Red Hat Society are infectious, and she continues to inspire those around her to live life joyfully and fully.
As we celebrate Queen Veronica this month, we thank her for her dedication, creativity, and spirit that light up our Red Hat Society community. Here's to more laughter, adventures, and fabulous hats!
